Staff aren't willing to help and unfriendly (made us feel unwelcome). The room was unprepared when we got in at 5pm (air conditioner not turned on, hot water not turned on, water source was locked which caused out of water in the next early day, and tissue was not enough for the family room of 5. The room and location was very good but the service is bad and I'll never come back to this hotel again.

The hotel is not new but the equipment is still good, the space is open, right near the market so it is a bit noisy but overhead does not affect. One problem was that my house was placed in a smoking room, so the smell was very unpleasant. It had to be open all day to help with the smell

Enthusiastic staff, clean room. But too noisy, poorly soundproofed rooms. The midnight guests are noisy like the street, singing loudly without seeing the hotel staff remind. Both noon and night are noisy. Next to the hotel is a bar cafe 2am still on the floor music and singing disorganized. Insecurity order. Going away tired and unable to sleep like torture
