It's okey. Acceptable. Good location. Opposite night market

Near night street and ok staff. The minus point is that the carpets are too old and the buffet is too light

Good for one night
My father and I stayed here during our tour of Central Vietnam for one night. I enjoyed my stay very much. It might have helped because we were with our guides so we might have been treated differently. The staff was very nice and friendly. Helpful when we needed help.
The rooms are tired and in need of a refurbishing. I imagine the hotel looked amazing several years ago. We stayed on the 8th floor and had a great view of the river and surrounding area with the floor to celling windows.
Breakfast was a buffet style with egg dishes cooked to order. It was all quite good. Their coffee was some of the strongest Vietnamese coffee I had during my 2 weeks in the country!
There's a great local restaurant we were taken to a few short blocks down back at highway 1.
All in all, I'm happy about our night there. Quang Ngai is very countryside so I think for a huge hotel, they don't get many foreigners at all (probably in the whole region actually), just the random businessman that needs to stay there during their time. It's not Ho Chi Minh City, so you shouldn't expect it.

Bad hotel to stay
Dirty carpet in room. Torn chairs. Bath tub is also not kept up. Turn off A/C and room light at 10am. Bad breakfast. River view overlook depleted river with sand trucks. Although right at night market, night market has no interesting sale only drink stools.

Old and Dirty
No restaurant. No pool. No fitness center. VERY old hotel in need of significant upgrades and repairs. The good news is that I could actually see if anyone was outside my door without opening it since there was a large gap between the door and door frame. The saving grace here is that the staff are superb and extremely helpful and friendly. I'm pretty confident they're embarrassed about the condition of the hotel as well.

Run down hotel
I cannot recommend this hotel. Quite run down and not deserving of a four star rating. Mouldy bathroom, threadbare seats, dirty dining room with dirty table cloths with cigarette burns in them and extremely variable service. I don't know what else is available in this city, but I'd have to hope that there is better.
The hotel is not even close to eating places and bars... except for the street food markets across the road.

I stayed in the hotel for business for many months. This may be one of the nicest hotels in town.
The hotel located close to the Tra river with nice views, however, the area surrounded by lots of street vendors. They often operate late at night with all the cheers and noise coming up. It makes me feel hard to go to sleep at night.
Rooms are basic. Bad service. Bad food.
Staff are annoying and impolite with their guesses.
Very sad for the very bad customer service. I will consider carefully to choose this hotel again
