Guests who can not provide the documents as mention above, will be required to sign an agreement to commit to the quarantine period of 21 days at Vinpearl. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Government of Vietnam, before commencing the period of stay previously booked. All costs associated with the quarantine period are paid for by guests. Vinpearl have the right to refuse guests who do not sign the quarantine agreement and will issue the refund where applicable. •During this period, Vinpearl have the right to provide guests’ information to coordinate with the authorities to prevent and control the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19). Mình đặt Villa 3 phòng thì phòng rất đẹp, riêng tư, có hồ bơi trong villa khá thoáng. Chỉ có điều villa khá xa biển, muốn đi biển hay ra sảnh thì đặt xe điện để đi. Dịch vụ dọn phòng thì chưa ok lắm, dọn phòng trễ vào buổi chiều, và chủ yếu thay khăn, lau dọn sơ. Dịch vụ ngoài sảnh thì hơi chậm, chắc do đông quá, nhân viên xử lý không kịp.

Plus points: - Clean and beautiful resort, spacious and airy rooms - Nice staff - Quality breakfast Minus points: - Too crowded so waiting for check in, call tram for quite a long time. - Early check-in is not allowed even though face check and a room card are available from 10:00 am - Dinner buffet is not unique and varied. - Room has no drinking water and umbrella

- Check in from 3-4:30 pm (1 hour and a half) is not done. - 4:30 pm and the room is still not ready. - Air conditioning is not stable. - No towels. - The door cannot be opened by magnetic card. - The buffet is not good. - Information on the receptionist to respond to the customer is incorrect. In general, Vinpearl has many shortcomings this time.

- nước phòng tắm yếu, bồn tắm bẩn. - hồ bơi bẩn, sau khi phản hồi mới thay nước và làm sạch. - kênh trước villa cạn khô, trơ đấy, lâu sậy um tùm, rậm rạp nhìn mất thẩm mỹ. - tuy nhiên nhân viên nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ tốt.
