Condition: Booking must be cancelled at least 28 hours prior departure time and submit the request within 31 May 2021

Travel Voucher policy: Passengers who wish will keep the balance of the ticket in the form of Travel Voucher (EMD) to be used for ticket issuance on the next trip. Passengers can keep the balance for use within 31 December 2021 only. Passenger who wish to keep the balance of the ticket in the form of Travel Voucher, passenger may request Easy Refund by yourself, please find the how-to here
5.
Reschedule policy: Passengers may change to preferred date of departure without change fee 1 time (Fare difference applies if any), the reschedule request must be done by 31 May 2021 Passenger who wish to reschedule, passenger may request Easy Reschedule by yourself, please find the how-to here
Thai Vietjet Air (VZ)
Waiver Policy for COVID-19 3rd Wave

For passengers who booked tickets and made payments before 12 April 2021 with travel date between 1-31 May 2021, may choose 1 of the supports as following:

1.
One-time changing the travel date free of charge. New travel date must be by August 31, 2021 and subject to flight availability. Rerouting is not applicable. Passenger can submit request via Easy Reshedule or via this Google Form https://bit.ly/2QzRiwP
2.
Keeping the value of the ticket as a Credit Voucher, which is valid within August 31, 2021. Passenger can request via this Google Form https://bit.ly/2QzRiwP
3.
Keeping the value of the ticket as a Credit Shell, which is valid 3 months form the original travel date. Passenger can request via this Google Form https://bit.ly/2QzRiwP

Passengers who has travel dates fall into the above-mentioned period and wish to contact for support regarding change of flight, travel voucher, or credit shell, please submit your request at least 76 hours before the original departure time

Flight Irregularity Service Policy
For passengers with flight impact of 1 hour or more during 1st April – 10th April 2021

Passengers can contact the carrier via this link and fill in needed information to choose one of the following options:

1.
Change your flight to another date/time within 03 calendar days, one time free of charge from the original departure date (Note: This option applies to passengers whose flight delayed from 1 hours onwards) OR
2.
Change your flight to another date/time within 30 calendar days, one time free of charge from the original departure date or Credit Voucher based on valuable paid, to be used until 31 March 2022. (Note: This option applies to passengers whose flight delayed more than 2 hours)

Upon receipt of correct information provided and verification, the voucher(s) will be sent to passengers’ provided email for further use, 14 days from date of receipt of passenger information.

Waiver Policy for COVID-19 3rd Wave

For passengers who have scheduled travel by 31 July 2021, the following assistance policies are as follows:

1.
Free Reschedule Policy: Passenger can change the travel date without paying a change fee for 1 time. If the ticket price of the new flight is higher than the original flight, passengers are required to pay the difference of the ticket price and the new travel date must be within 30 September 2021 and must be the original route only.
2.
Extend the travel date up to 30 September 2021 : If the ticket price of the new flight is higher than the original flight, passengers are required to pay the difference of the ticket price and the new travel date must be within 30 September 2021 and must be the original route only
3.
Collect as Credit Shell Policy: The credit shell is available until 31 March 2022. If the ticket price of the new flight is higher than the original flight, passengers are required to pay the difference of the ticket price and the new travel date must be within 31 March 2022
4.
 *** In case of a passenger choosing an option to collect as Credit Shell in early April, Nok Air will automatically adjust a Credit Shell period from 30 June 2021 to 31 March 2022. ***
5.
** Flight change must not be less than 72 hours before the original itinerary. **
6.
Passengers who travel in May 2021, the travel date can be changed at Nok Air Call Center 1318, Station Sales Booth or fill out a Google Form via https://forms.gle/hUwyMUi92XVqw4ho9
7.
Nok Air will confirm the travel change by email or SMS.

This policy can be used with all routes.

Thai Lion Air (SL)
Waiver Policy for COVID-19 3rd Wave

Passengers who have flight from April 23, 2021 - May 31, 2021 can manage as follow:

1.
Passengers can change the traveling date 1 time or keep a Credit Shell to change traveling date later. Credit Shell can be made by July 15, 2021 without changing fees and the difference fare is not charged. Exception for new traveling date between April 10 - 18, 2021, April 30 - May 05, 2021, and June 03-06, 2021, passengers will be charged for the difference fares but fees waived for rebooking.
2.
If passengers wish to travel, they must notify and change their traveling date at least 4 hours before the departure time.
3.
Reservation change must be requested at least 4 hours before departure time.
4.
Passengers cannot change to other routes.
5.
Passengers cannot request a full refund. Unless the airline cancels the flight.
6.
Terms and Conditions apply.
7.
Passengers can manage a Credit shell transaction and / or manage the traveling date by themselves through Thai Lion Air’s website: www.lionairthai.com

Booking period: Before 6 April 2021
2.
Reservation Change Policy: Ticket issued on/before 6 April 2021 with traveling period until 30 April 2021 are allowed to rebook for a new travelling date (Not exceeding the ticket validity) without rebooking fee. Passenger who wish to rebook for a new travelling date, passenger may contact Bangkok Airways Call Center 1771 or +66 (2) 270 6699, or email reservation@bangkokair.com, everyday 08.00 - 20.00.
3.
Refund Policy: Ticket issued on/before 6 April 2021 can be full refunded by mean of Travel Voucher at least 28 hours before flight departure. Passenger who wish to refund by mean of Travel Voucher, passenger may request by yourself via https://www.bangkokair.com/travel-voucher
