Refunds will go to the original payment method that the customer used.
2.
Promo-specific (or temporary) items cannot be refunded.
3.
Redeemed items cannot be refunded.
4.
Refunds cannot be performed for bookings that have been rescheduled.
5.
Events cannot be refunded.
6.
Partial booking refund cannot be performed

Terms and Conditions - Easy Reschedule »

1.
If a product is re-schedulable by default, the validity period is now replaced with a re-schedulability period.
2.
Open-dated vouchers should have a validity period instead of re-schedulability.
3.
Rescheduling per booking ID can only be done up to 2 times within the reschedulable period.
4.
Reschedule fee will still be free.
5.
Customers can only change to other times where the selling price of the item is the same or lower than the original booking.
6.
Promo-specific (or temporary) items cannot be rescheduled.
7.
Redeemed items cannot be rescheduled.
8.
Open-dated vouchers cannot be rescheduled.
9.
Reschedule time that can be selected is from issuance all the way up to 14 days after first selected visit date if payment by redemption or visit date.
10.
If payment is based on redemption or visit date, rescheduling can be done up to 1 day before the first selected visit date for Attractions and Playgrounds.
