Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful.

Rooms so dark no tooth paste no sleepers in washroom.

The hotel is good but room started getting old. It 's time to refurbish.

Hotel staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean and the location is very strategic from the entertainment center in silom.

The room is clean but a little too small. I saw that this room is already the highest room type and myself as a member should probably upload to a better room. Meaning there is no room divider It's not worth the price Breakfast is not suitable for Thai people, Asian people on the club, just to be late but in time, but hurry to collect food line. Drink a lot Although that day was the day that some people had to go on a gala dinner first Should be extended But this is also collected ahead of time as well Not enough seats for guests. And still hurry to collect again There were no snacks during the day except cookies and bananas.

The location of the hotel is perfect for everything, e.g. transportation, food, availability of convenient store and chilling. If you are to grab for coffee or food ... no problem! There are selections of franchises (Starbucks, KFC, etc) nearby. If you are hungry for tasty and affordable local food, "Mama Mia" and "Cheaper & Better" are available within 5-7 minutes walk. We love the choices of pillows given in the room, either 'soft' type or 'firm' type. This provides a heavenly sleep throughout the night. The gym facilities are basic for good sweat out and to burn the fats over the holidays. :) Keep it up! We are looking forward to come again soon. Thank you for the awesome experience!!

The hotel is very strategic ... there are many gemstone shops around ... lots of culinary ... and many restaurants. Many culinary delights, there is Malaysian cuisine Resyoran Ibun ... sticky tice manggo is great.

There was a construction happening, it is very loud. The receptionist and the hotel staff are not friendly and nice

Room with unpleasant smell of hook and smell ...

Everything was nice except the guest relation officer had no smile at all with sour face and check out process was way too slow. There was a family at the reception in front of me but handled by 2 receptionists 😐. So decided to have breakfast first. 10 minutes I came back to the reception standing for lining up. Then two couples from out of nowhere suddenly cut my line and the receptionist was happily to serve them without considering that I was standing in line first.

In addition to the expensive price, the facility is not rechecked whether or not it is still feasible to use, the hair dryer is damaged.

It was indeed a very pleasant experience. Not only talking about splendid locations with lots and lots of 24- convenience- store, rearaurants, easy transport facilites, facroty outlets just next to it. Tip top facilities except for not enough treadmills and space in your gym. But more importantly, is the assurance given by your Housekeeping Head. Middle age lady, forgot her name that Thailand is very safe during this election and recommended areas we could go on election day. Imagine been there not knowingly election was coming with past elction disturbances. Thanks a lot Madam!

Spacious and very comfortable bedroom, even for standard type. Location is at another end of Silom, you might still need bike taxi or tuk-tuk to go to entertainment area. Convenient 24h family mart downstairs is a bliss. Food for breakfast is of nice selections

I stayed with my family, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the room was also unique because there was a round window, so my children enjoyed playing there. The bathroom is clean and complete toiletries. The breakfast is plenty with various types of food, drinks, fruits and bread. The location is close to the Chao Phraya River area, only 1 stop BTS to Saphan taxin, so it is easy to reach places such as Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun or to Asiatique.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, near bts, reception is very enthusiastic and polite. The price is also very good, I will definitely come back.

The place is nice, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is varied. Near everywhere in front of the hotel there is a family mart that is open 24 hours and is great for hanging out.
