Nice staff at both check-in and check-out. Some concerns in our room and throughout the hotel… Our smoke detector was not connected, sitting below the television, and battery was dead. They are supposed to be hard wired, so if 1 goes off they all go off. Vending machine not working, ice machine not working. Carpet dirty throughout the building. The hotel needs some updating. It smells dirty in the hallways, room was better. Fire extinguisher in the hallway is not current. I always like to say something positive, so I will add: bath towels were nice and fluffy.

I specifically called and asked if pool and hot tub were in working order. I was told yes. Got there and neither were working. Found out they have been down for a long time so I was lied to on the phone. It was late and we had our two young grandchildren with us. The sole reason for the trip was to spend the weekend and swim. So we got our room on the 3rd floor. Went to run a bath for kids and there was hair on the drain. So I scrubbed the tub out. Waited 20 minutes for hot water and finally gave up on that. 7:45 Sunday morning we go down to eat and all that's there is waffle stuff and cereal. Everything else was gone. They serve breakfast until 9. Other than the nice desk clerk when we checked in I don't have a good thing to say about the place. I contacted Expedia that evening and they were of no help at all.

This was horrible! We checked in and were told they were at capacity and the only room they had left was one that the people that checked out that morning had smoked in. Also a couple of guys that seemed like regulars or just hanging out with the clerk and were super creepy at the front desk being super loud. We couldn't hardly hear the clerk while we were trying to check in and made us very uncomfortable. We were on our way home for my mother's funeral and all of our clothes in our luggage smelled like smoke and we had to go to the funeral smelling like stale smoke. We were stuffed up all night so made it hard to sleep. Also made it hard to sleep that people were yelling in the parking lot at 3am and someone was running up and down the hallway upset. The elevator was nasty had stuff spilled in it that was dried up. There were what looked like abandoned cars in the parking lot, just trashy. We went down for breakfast the next morning and there was nothing there but waffles with no syrup and 2 biscuits for biscuits and gravy to feed the 3 of us. There was no fruit, yogurt, or anything else that you would normally see in a Quaily Inn contential breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE!

From the urine we founds on the the toilet seat, to the odor in the room, to the lack of breakfast, to no hot tub and the ice cold pool, this hotel was a terrible disappointment. It is not what is advertised, or what is shown in the pictures.

All was good but in the morning had to ask the desk to put out coffee (7:00am) had to ask for new waffle mix as it was too thick. She then put out more egg patties I felt like I was imposing on her time then she was gone and a new person took over.

The property was difficult to get into due to road construction, this was not the motels fault. The pool and hot tub looked like they needed repainted. The overall maintenance of the property could have been better. There was not a lot of choices for breakfast.

I’m very limited on mobility…..laundry is on3rd floor needed to do wash laundry detergent is in 2 nd floor despencer broken had someone willing to do laundry for me was going to pay them …….apparently people in charge weren’t going to let that happen

Property was run down, shabby. Stayed in January and had a much cleaner and updated room. Remote didn’t work, called front desk, person came up and plugged in wires behind tv, said the remote probably needed new batteries but did not give us a new one. Couldn’t change channels and had to unplug wires behind the tv to turn it off for the night.
