Nice property (especially the pool), great staff & breakfast. Remote and very limited restaurant opportunities. NOTE: Very rude service people throughout the downtown area. The worst I have experienced in the 20 countries & 60 cities - I have been in to date...By far. There are much nicer Italian cities to visit!!

The staff were kind & helpful. Beautiful property & pool available. Breakfast was plentiful & available till 11am. Requires bus, taxi or car to reach town or a long walk.

The hotel is very comfortable. All the staff is very helpful and is there to assist the hotel guests with anything needed. From reservations and suggestions of restaurants, tips on parking tips around the city, what to see in Tuscany, breakfast service and in fact anything one can think of!! Highly Recommended

Beautiful property. Breakfast was provided each morning. Service was impeccable. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about bus and train service. Called for taxi when you needed one and they would arrive in less than 5 minutes. Clean room, bed was comfortable and AC was cold. WiFi was not very good. Making taking the online Covid test to return home impossible. I would visit again.

Very welcoming Andy friendly staff. Great location plenty of parking. Very clean and functional rooms apart from the air conditioner which was set to heat rather than cool because it could be cold in a morning. The outside temp at 9am was 20 degrees C. Good breakfast and good service at breakfast. Nice place to stay In Siena

This hotel lobby seemed outdated, but was clean and had a nice patio.

The property, hotel and location were great. We travelled to Italy during a heat wave and it was great to have air conditioning. The room was clean, roomy and had a fridge. The grounds, including a patio, lawn and a pool made relaxing and picnicking easy. The hotel is a quick bus ride to town and the bus tickets are available to buy at the front desk. The walk to the bus stop is a couple of minutes. There is also plentiful free parking. The hotel staff members were amazingly helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with cappuccinos made to order. The bar was open 24/7 for snacks and drinks, including local wine. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of lodging in Siena.
