Property is old and outdated. Carpet is damped and smell. Couch is also old and dirty. Everything is so outdated.

Staff needs positive customer service training. Buildings could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

We rented an efficiency that was supposed to supply a mini fridge. It was not working and three calls to desk were basically ignored. The bedding overal was not comfortable because the sheets were stiff as if they were burned during cleaning.

Resort-like with multiple amenities within walking distance.

Felt like a Motel 6

Upon arrival the gated entrance provided assurance I was in the right place. The property was well maintained from the villa sections, to the high rises and pool areas. The environment and atmosphere at the main pool was great with the DJ and music playing. The bar with waitress service was on point. Finding a chair can be difficult and people do put stuff down and never seem to come back but easy to figure out and work around. Our 2BR condo provided great space for my family. Ocean view was more than enough with balconies that spanned the full length of the condo. Beds were comfy with extra pillows and even extras in the closet for the pullout in the living room.

Love the view and being close to the pools

The property was not what they are advertising on the web page. The pictures are very deceiving. The carpet was nasty, they are showing hard wood floors, mold was on the ceiling, dirty spots on the old drapes to the window, there were an old musky odor in the room, thick dust on the little table the coffee machine was sitting on. I could go on and on. I will never stay at this place again.

Great stay nice quiet experience

The 2 bed, ocean view condo in the SouthHampton bldg was spacious, clean, great view, easy walk to the beach. Bed was a little firm for my liking & the trucks backing into the loading dock area beeped very loudly very early in the morning. We still loved the place.

The staff was great and kind! The condo of three bed room was clean and spacious! My whole family love it! Everyone talk about how good the bed sleeps! Of course the pull out couch wasn’t good! I will be coming back!

Great view and clean room.

No,blankets,sheets and pillows for pull out sofa. Kitchen need basic dishes and utensils. I had to go out and buy a cookie sheet, spatula and pot holders. Bedding in master could be updated and wash machine was horrible loud.

It wasn’t the room i booked online, room was outdated, tub had stains, sink smelled like mold stuck water, Ac barely blowing, floor had sand, front desk couldn’t help because i booked thru hotels.com which makes no sense cause you still got paid, stay wasn’t free, i felt like i paid so much for nothing. Super dissatisfied
