Room smells musty Hallway smells musty

So far I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Many times I chose this place to stay. I am extremely satisfied. From the care and guidance of the staff and the room service, everything is very okela. Thank you Duyen, the receptionist is very attentive and thoughtful and guides takecare. Will come back often ❤️

5* hotel but everything is bad, from room cleanliness to staff attitude. Never book this hotel again. Very bad of hotel. Room no clean. Employee attitude very bad. When I returned to my room for the night, I found something terrible.

Too bad, room arrangement is not reasonable

The pool staff talk nonsense to guests. During working hours, they sit in the corner and dial the phone. The rest is good.

Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Surrounding not much good food but can take a grab easily to city area to eat.

It was my first time staying and I was skeptical at first of this hotel as it is not on the same price range as Sheraton or other 5 star hotels in downtown District 1, so I kept my expectations low. To my surprise, this hotel is even better than some of the 5 star hotels in D1, unbelievable. The great looking hotel lobby with high ceiling height, the classy interiors, the service, the spotless or clean rooms, the furnishings, the wide corridors, and the service were all top notch. But best of all, the breakfast quality is superb and comparable to breakfasts of Sofitel or Sheraton. The only thing amiss was its location to downtown D1 as it 's a bit far, but you cannot complain as the hotel is competitively priced vs those more expensive 5 star hotels is D1. Highly recommended.

They offer all the facilities that we need: great room equipement with make up miroir, quiet ambiance, very clean swimming pool. Large parking. The TV should has been a smart TV that would be perfect.

Excellent hotel, full breakfast of all nationalities, everything delicious. Cafe D ice cream is very delicious. The rooms are good, clean, and all the staff here have good service. In conclusion, this trip was very worthwhile choosing Eastin Grand Hotel. Will definitely visit again and book again.
