The room was not good. I upgraded to a priority swim out and the lock on the conjoined room was broken the screen on the sliding door was ripped the safe was broken. And the worst part was no bar service for the swim out and the closest bar was at the other end of the property so having the swim out room was not worth it if you're planning on drinking. The food was not that good and the only thing the minny bar had was soda and water. I would not go back and wouldn't recommend. For this being a Hyatt property for me it was disappointing as I have always had better from their property's and paying to be a priority member I was disappointed as I just did not get that.

The resort is beautiful, and hospitality was top notch. I would go again and recommend it to anyone.

Our room was always clean. The staff thought out the property was very nice and helpful. The ocean views were beautiful. Best place we had stayed at.

This is our 4th and best time at Dreams Tulum. The preferred club was well worth every penny. Manuel was incredible from the check in where we were whisked into a private lounge where we could eat and drink while checking in, no waiting. We wanted a quieter room and were able to move even thought the hotel was sold out, thank you Manuel and Victoria. Everything stood out, but Geyslor at the beach preferred club is very special, personable, warm and professional. We got a bed on the beach one of the days and enjoyed relaxing and being taken care of by staff. Even though the club was sold out there was no waiting, enough chairs and didn't feel crowded at pools or beach. I had teenagers with me and they enjoyed their time as much as we did. Also visited a couple cenotes and Tulum city which is 15 minutes away. Enjoy!

The staff was amazing!

We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th with my best friend at Tulum! Erik, Danny, and all the entertainers were so much fun! The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one. CHEERS to TULUM!

Everything was as expected.

This is our second time to this resort and loved it again. We did have a leak in our room but they fixed right away. I did hear that they are starting renovations in April which will be good since some of it is a little run down. Food is amazing and staff are very friendly.

Form the moment we arrived we were greeted with chilled Champagne at the door at that moment I knew that we were in the right place, and I wasn’t disappointed everything in this resort was by far exceeded what I expected the cleanliness the attention given to every guest, the entertainment offered at the resort till the last day it never changed. It was a beautiful experience. It was my first time visiting Tulum and I was not disappointed at the very least.

The staff were amazing here and they accommodated all my requests so quickly.

While our room got upgraded with a pool - it was much smaller than the original room we booked; with two kids we would had preferred more space over the private pool as it was so cold. Food was ok - Mexican restaurant was decent. This is an older hotel so you have to expect that the rooms and their conditions are older as well

The number one thing that stood out to my Wife and I was the customer service. The staff was actually happy to have us and you could feel it. The food and drinks were good too. The scenery/ aesthetics was absolutely beautiful which prompted us to do a great photo shoot with Enersto and was so good!! The photos turned out amazing!! Thank you to Isabella (Front desk), Juan (Bailsman), Erick (Spanish class), Benito (drink waiter on the beach). And of the housekeepers and plenty of other nice staff that we didn't quite catch your name but we felt your positive energy. The beach was beautiful and not much seaweed at all and they cleaned it daily! This was a Valentine trip for my Wife and I and you all exceeded our expectations. Gracias!!

We enjoyed several things with our stay - the staff was always friendly and eager to help. Our room was CLEAN and the grounds were nicely kept. We enjoyed several of the evening events. The restaurants were great and the food was delicious. Keep in mind, if you have an early excursion, before breakfast, you can order room service the night before and it will be delivered ON TIME and made to perfection!!! We did not take any children, so I dont know abt those amenities. One thing to note, during our check in, were weren't explained / advised as to what our package included. This was frustrating as we did not know we had access to other parts of the resort. Overall, a solid 4 on the rating.

Amazing staff everyone was so friendly I’d love to go back

Room was spotless.staff was very helpfull. I had lot of trouble to locate rooms given their room number. I strongly suggest to set up indicators to locate rooms given the room#.
