Check in long, no hot springs like scallops, no mini bar even for hot water.

I had the most pleasant stay here! the staff are friendly, fast and very helpful. The villa I stayed in was very much beyond my expectations! Spacious room complete with outdoor bathtub, large swimming pool and kitchen. Me and my friends really enjoyed our staycation in this villa even though it was only for one night. And the price offered is very affordable with the promos and discounts that make this villa a recommendation from me! Keep the good work!

The villa is clean and spacious enough suitable for families to relax and enjoy their vacation. But in terms of service there was a little disappointed, there was an incident when I was staying there, I confirmed by phone to ask for a floating breakfast. Was informed that the free floating breakfast was inc with the breakfast we received, just info at check-in. But the fact at check-in is informed that the floating breakfast is subject to additional fees. Note from me: employees must be briefed about such small things so as not to disappoint cusomer.

Recommended resort once. The location near the airport, Grab is only 50,000, close to culinary places, close to the shopping center. The resort is clean, beautiful, all friendly, the breakfast menu is very pleasant, the rooms are better than the pictures posted on the website.
