The water heater doesn't work, the water in the room has one bottle, the room doesn't soundproof. No door lock bolts, broken windows can not be closed. I had to sleep with caution all night. The receptionist can't speak Thai.

Staff was really accommodating, room is clean and well-spaced. Only issue would be the stairs which are too steep and narrow. The location is hard to beat as well, being just a 5 min walk to Phrom Phong station. Lots of shopping areas, restaurants, and massage places within walking distance as well!
