Hotel staff is friendly, check-in check-out process is fast, rooms are clean.

The hotel staff are all friendly, the hotel lobby is comfortable, clean, you can leave your bag before check in time so you can walk around first, because you arrived in Jogja at dawn so you had to wait a long time, the room is neat, clean, comfortable, the bathroom is comfortable, spacious, the amenities are complete, if you go to Jogja again, you will stay at Septia Hotel again ☺😊

The AC is old, loud noise, damp walls, smelly room

The AC is not cold, the hot water is not on, the room is not soundproof, the cleanliness is lacking.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. You can also walk to Malioboro, although it's a bit far, but the road is straight and busy. Just walk from the hotel to the station, it's closer than to Malioboro. You can even use a pedicab and buy souvenirs. There is no elevator at this hotel but it can be used for exercise. TV channels are also complete. Basically recommended.

1. Asking to check in early wasn't possible, even though there were already many rooms checking out at that time, I really had to wait until 2 in the afternoon, I didn't understand the condition of people from out of town. 2. At 19.25 the lights may go out but there is no generator backup, the generator may not be provided, this is true. 3. The lights had gone out, no employee came to the room to explain, until I waited for me to come out and come downstairs, they were told the lights were out and there was no backup plus there were lots of mosquitoes.

The staff is friendly, but there is one thing missing, the shower doesn't turn on when the water is turned on, it's only hot and can't be turned on cold.

The staff is very friendly and can also leave things, the only thing lacking is that the bathroom doesn't work, the shower water doesn't work.

Sprei bau, toilet kotor, ac tidak dingin.

Lokasi oke banget, ke malioboro deket ke statiun tugu juga deket. Staff hotel semua ramah, mau ke depan sebentar staff nya pinjemin motor. Kebersihan oke kok, air panas juga ada. Ke lantai atas hanya ada tangganya (tidak ada lift), AC kurang dingin. Harga murah dan dengan harga segitu masih oke banget.

Hotel bugget murah lokasi deket malaiboro sayang kebersihan toilet nya kurang kalo bawa koper gede agak epot angkat-angkat nya karena tidak ada lift.

Layanan baik, bersih, kamar besar, posisi lumayan strategis. Recommended 👍.

Enak, bersih, nyaman, staff nya ramah, kalo ke Yogyakarta lagi mau kesini, bisa titip barang pula jadi bisa maen-maen dulu sebelum check out sama check in.
