I have stayed here three times but never will again. The hotel is very clean, especially for old town Cartagena. The staff are very polite and we all try our best to work through confusion caused by language barries. I finally met the owner and wish I had not. 100% why I will sleep on a park bench before her hotel. I drink a lot of wine. A bottle is provided in the room (for a fee as is normal). The cork was damaged and after opening it I immediately realized it had gone bad. I drank two small sips. The owner refused not to charge me for the bottle at check out. This is the first time I have ever said anything negative in a review. I am fortunate, $15 means little to me. I own a small business and if I ever treat anyone like that I deserve to go bankrupt.

Johanna was always very help with everything I need from tell me about good restaurant to how to get around and things to watch out for even in teaching me Spanish.. I luv the entire staff

Terrible service. Unsatisfactory service. Not in compliance with expedia. Very deceptive business practices. The hotel wanted to make charges unauthorized fees for guest and family. Requested funds back and went to another hotel. NO Hot water all. I would not recommend this hotel. Very fraudulent business practices. Management very professional. Rooms were outdated and small. Didn't feel safe in the hotel. Highly recommend to not stay here. This hotel needs to be removed off of every platform. The manager needs to be terminated and training with better business ethics need to be implemented.

Demasiado ruido tanto al interior como al exterior, imposible poder descansar, no tenia nevera en la habitación no agua caliente. No volveremos

Es un hotel pequeño antiguo, súper cerca de todo en la ciudad amurallada, caminas a 2 cuadras al monumento del reloj Al ser un edificio antiguo requiere mantenimiento La antención de Rosy es increíble te hace sentir en casa ella esta pendiente de todo lo que necesites e igual que Deiner el chico nuevo tiene un modo muy servicial

Hotel con muy buena situación, cerca de la torre del Reloj. Buen servicio. Lástima que están en obras en la calle y había ruido
