This was the first time I asked for help but the response was like this, so I left the key on the room door (forgot the name/missed it so I don't remember) then asked for help from the owner but there was no response for 3 hours 11-2 pm (until check out time). The response was just like that. After that, when it was check out time, my things were forcibly tidied up until my cell phone charger was damaged (I was actually waiting in the lobby, I wasn't invited to go up to clean up my things). I was afraid that I would lose something and that would be presumptuous of me, the items were still in the room but they were being held and packed in a mess. There's no internet, they were promised a modem but it wasn't installed. The service is terrible! Slow response - AC is hot! There is no responsibility at all. They only care about checking in and checking out. When there are complaints they don't respond! There is still a deposit of 200 thousand which will be promised to be returned within a maximum of a week from this date.
