A really bad experience in my many years of booking hotels and traveling to many places. I have been to Hanoi many times and booked many hotels. This time booking this hotel was disappointing and the worst ever. I booked on November 8-November 9, 2025. On the day of check-in, I took a taxi to 19:30 and found Hoai because the hotel had no sign, the print was very small on the glass door. The hotel was closed, there was no one on duty, everyone had to scan the QR code at the door to contact the manager via zalo. After giving the booking code, the manager replied via zalo. There were no rooms available. While I booked the room, I paid all the fees in advance and told me to contact Traveloka myself. I contacted Traveloka and the staff said they would contact and find a new room at another hotel. But in the end, at 11pm, there was still no room nearby. As a result, I waited for several hours and had to ask a local friend to find a motel to stay temporarily. If anyone comes to Hanoi and wants to book a hotel, they should stay away from An Nam Corner - Thanh Yen hotel. !

The room was very bad, when I entered it smelled of mold on the walls, the floor was damp, the air conditioner fan couldn't be used at night and lost water. Overall it was so bad I wouldn't dare come back again.

In general, it is a self-service home type. What I don't like is that if I need anything, I can only get support remotely, so it's quite inconvenient. Regarding the rooms, the bathroom has frosted glass doors, and looking inside, I can still see the inside, which is quite inconvenient for those who are shy, specifically me :). If the bathroom and toilet were more private, it would be 4*.
