We met here for a Family Reunion. Checking in was seamless. Front desk manager was pleasant and accommodating

I liked the employees, but the door to our room did not close and lock easily. It had to be slammed. And the toilet paper is the worst I have ever tried to use. I will bring my own in the future.

Clean quiet comfortable

The swimming pool has been out of service for more than 4 weeks and still awaiting pairs for repairs. Our TV buffered on every channel for hours. This was reported to the GM or site. I looked forward to receiving feedback and compensation for the inconveniences.

The pool was not working when it 108 degrees outside and either was the air conditioning in the lobby area.

The staff bent over backwards to ensure our stay was pleasant. We had our annual class reunion and we enjoyed being able to gather in the lounge to gab.

It was for one night. There was no water offered, shampoo and conditioner were out. This went unnoticed until in the shower. Shower had mold. Pool was closed. Staff in the morning was bickering about guests.

Unfortunately it was due to a death in the family. Everyone in the family was staying here and everyone was nice. Only complaint was the air conditioning was not great in the lobby and hallways.

Everything was wonderful as always… pillows could be a bit more firm.. however we made it through alright.

Clean room, nice bed. People at the front desk were very helpful. We had a good stay

We have stayed here before, and really enjoyed it. The rooms are always nice , very clean. We were in a wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom floor was cracked, that was only thing that was not great. Staff is super friendly and the ladiea who do breakfast are very nice and keep up with food and coffee.

The manager made our stay wonderful!

Our hotel room had a very strong smell of mildew. We sprayed lysol spray every time we walked back in the room to try to help.

StAff was friendly and helpful. Good hot breakfast
