The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Access to Nagoya Hill Mall was very easy.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, if I go to Batam again, I will definitely stay here.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk to Nagoya Hill Mall. Next holiday with my family, I'll stay again at Alltrue Lite Hotel. By the way, if possible, add cereal for breakfast, haha.

Comfortable place dan location near to food street

had breakfast on 16 Aug but service was poor. Only 1 staff working at 'live' counter preparing omellete and instant noodle. There is abt 20 guest having b'fast. Management pls look into this problem.
