There was no info whatsoever prior to check in that we need to contact a third party management agent (outside of Traveloka) and provide a separate deposit in order to get the key to the apartment. Though we had paid the fare in full upfront through Traveloka. The security in the apartment building explained to us about this. Only after we did so could we get the key. There was no towel, no slippers, no toiletries, no water or any basic amenities whatsoever. Never coming back here nor recommending this place to anyone.

Can be recommended, not disappointing, calm and comfortable

The place is nice, check-in is also not complicated, as is check-out. The room is clean, but the floor really needs to be mopped before guests arrive because the floor is the only minus point, dirty. Other than that, it's okay. The AC is also cold, the TV can be used for Netflix.
