A hotel with unique treatments throughout, it has a colorful ambiance and vibe that makes you feel at home. Furthermore, the staff is all helpful and friendly. It has direct access to the mall (Ashta District 8), making it very easy to find food and other necessities.

I had a pleasant stay at Sultan Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a good place to stay and I would consider returning.

It was a pleasure to have the experience of staying at the Langham Hotel, because it was my birthday I got a room upgrade, the room was very luxurious and comfortable, especially the bathroom with complete facilities, the swimming pool with the best view, also the staff was kind and friendly. Thanks to Alfa for being very helpful and after checking out I was given a small gift, wow, what great service, I really want to go back there.

This was the first staycation at Mulia Hotel in Jakarta, and we had a wonderful experience during New Year’s Eve. The hotel management had shown very good preparation during check-in time, throughout our stay until check-out time went smoothly. All staff are very helpful and cheerful. The rooms were clean. I was having breakfast with my husband and 8-month-old son. My husband was wandering around the food stalls. My son and I were at the dining table. Then a staff member approached me and asked, "Ma'am, is there anything I can help you with?" I was so touched, I've never been treated like this before in a 5-star hotel 😭. The staff really cared. Even though I wasn't in any distress at the dining table (like my son having a tantrum or something), the hotel staff were very attentive and kept an eye on the guests. Artotel's service is top-notch.

It’s super close to Senayan City Mall—you just need to walk across the road. There are heaps of popular food spots around the hotel in the Senayan area. The price is affordable, the room is comfy and just right. Staying here actually reminded me of living in a uni dorm—clean, cozy, and easygoing. Absolutely impressive.
