In all my years of staying at hotels—ranging from Four Seasons, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Marriott, Radisson, Wyndham, Oberoi, Mandarin Oriental, and many more—rarely have I met someone as sincere, hardworking, and genuinely thoughtful as Danny. He ensured my room was always spotless, fresh, and comfortable, often anticipating needs before I even asked. No matter the time of day, he greeted me with humility and a warm smile. In a moment of personal uncertainty, his simple acts of care—tidying the room, checking if I needed anything, maintaining cleanliness with pride—brought a sense of stability and comfort that I truly needed. Sometimes, real hospitality is not about luxury—it’s about people like Danny, who take their work to heart and treat guests with genuine respect. I am sincerely grateful for his outstanding service. The service at Grand Zuri BSD is very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help with various guest requests. They are also very responsive to guest needs, had left items in the room when checking out, immediately contacted and secured properly.

The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to a pharmacy, gas station, Teras Kota Mall, and restaurants with a wide variety of menu options. It's simply top-notch. The best hotel in its class.
