El Biar Hotel

It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours airport shuttle; this is false. I have used Expedia and Orbitz for over 20 years; I will never used it again and will make sure that my family and friends do the same so that our families vacations will not be ruined.

Generally ok. Breakfast was the same and mostly dry pain au chocolat

The hotel is very different from the pictures they posted. The bed was rock hard, the av barely worked and the Internet didnt connect. The neighbour was great but I wouldn't stay here again.

This is a 3 star hotel that used to be a 4 star and is creeping toward 2 star remember to take cash with you as no cards are accepted Traffic to and from this hotel is horrendous The exposition center to the hotel is usually an hour by taxi

My booking was for two weeks but becouse of the unclean room and very bad breakfast and internet I complain to the expedia and the return my money back and I change to oasis hotel which is more and more clean

Good stay overall

It was fine, could be better by taking more care of details; hotel staff was courteous and attentive. The bed, however, was very hard indeed. But my back did not suffer for it. However, not everyone will find it comfortable. Nice neighborhood!

Like so many things in Algeria, this hotel could be nice if only someone would take time to care for it more, but they don't. The shelves in the wardrobe were collapsed and could not be replaced, there was only one coat hanger. The heating could not at first be turned off at the room was at 30 oC; once turned off, it could not be turned back on. The internet was intermittent; an internal hotel problem. There was a plug for the bath but it didn't fit the plug hole. The carpets in the hallways were dangerously curled up and, on Day 1, I found a dried ball of chewing gum in the sink. The doors did not close easily so they always had to be slammed. Taxis took 15-20 minutes to arrive after ordering, etc., etc. This is at best poor 2* but at 3-4* prices.

Excellent accueil, tres personnalisé. Les equipements de la chambre meriteraient une petite renovation (electricite, robinetterie). Mais cela est vite oublie car les personnes daccueil et de service sont vraiment agreables et competentes. Bravo. Je connaissait letablissement il y a 8 ans et je ne regrette pas de lavoir choisi a niuveau.

Very nice hotel in a quick area. The room was big but wifi was not working Iinside and no coat-hangers in the wardrobe.

Les matelas sont horrible, un petit dej catastrophique. Dommage pour le même prix j'aurais pu loger dans un vrai 5* au Maroc ou en Espagne.
