Victoria on reception is very nice.
I had a little incident where a neighbouring guest had bought a dog that was very distressed alone in the apartment. Despite her trying to contact the owner and them stating they were going to be home soon, they were not and the noise went on.
Victoria was very accommodating with moving me.
The second room was of the same standard as the first showing the upkeep on these apartments is very good.
The area is a little strange - but Canberra is as a whole to me.
The Woolworths Metro across the road is very convenient, and the Beef Cheeks at No10 Restaurant were amazing.
I travel for work regularly and will be back.

The hotel was great - the room not so in terms of location to an underground car park and entry to the area. All night all you could hear was the tyres of cars going over speed bumps. Worst night sleep I’ve had. Don’t get a room towards the entrance of Grazier avenue.

Location was handy to Canberra road network, close to Lake and walking tracks and Westfield. Good options for dining nearby and in house restaurant was good.
Parking is extra per night @15.00.
Staff pleasant approach. Not much greenery at the site more concrete paths and roadways other than natural verges.

This is a very good property but housekeeping needs to step it up. During a 4 night stay carpet was not vacuumed, kitchenette not wipes down and bed not changed

Great priced. Room was excellent, had no idea it had kitchen and washing facilities- would have planned ahead. Plenty of parking once you got to the right level and 2 different lifts.

Nice area and easy to find. Room could be cleaner- under fold out sofa was a lot of rubbish that I had to dispose of, spring broken on sofa, marks on wall, grout between floor and wall tile needs a scrub, furniture marked. Just needs a little tlc but a really nice place. Went out to eat because restaurant was busy and no wait staff.
