We enjoyed one night in a very spacious, quiet and well appointed room. Room service dinner and buffet breakfast were excellent and the staff were very friendly and professional. Easy walk to/from domestic terminal. We’d stay again!

Close to airport. Late night dinning options were great for late arrovala.

Great Stay

Absolutely brilliant. Staff are friendly and approachable. The rooms are wonderfully equipped and comfortable. The room service and dining options are great and the staff are happy to communicate and accommodate regarding allergies. And they do it in a helpful, respectful manner that makes you feel welcome. My son and I are both neurodivergent, and we requested a room away from any potentially noisy areas. Again, I was met with a welcoming response. After a full day of travel, staying here was an easy, restful experience, giving us a great start to the following travel day.

This hotel is consistently excellent large rooms, spotless, kind and efficient!

All great, drinks and nibbles in the bar were very good (as part of our executive club booking).

Comfortable, well appointed junior suite; good breakfast included.

We booked the executive room with lounge access, 2 hour drinks package with canapes, unfortunately we arrived on xmas day & upon checkin were advised due to liquor licensing laws they couldnt serve alcohol unless we bought a full meal. We were not advised in advance otherwise i would not have paid the $90 for the upgrade. We had just had a main meal on our flight, so did not want another one, or pay the average cost of $50 a meal plus 15% surcharge for public holiday. When asked if could get a refund, was only offered $28, then told we would have to pay $35 each. They gave us 2 vouchers each for 2 soft drinks at the bar in place of alcohol, which could have got myself from the executive lounge, the canapes platter was just average. There was no body wash in the room, or any drinks in the bar fridge only long life milk & 2 still waters & there was no sparkling water in the lounge, for the price you pay it is not really up to 5 stars

Hotel is lovely- clean, comfortable, spacious, friendly staff etc but the soundproofing from inside the hotel is poor. We arrived after midnight hoping for a good sleep but were woken twice in the night by people/ children talking noisily . As a premium airport hotel I would have thought this was the most important feature. Very disappointing!
