The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Suite 54 / Level 2, Retail Precinct (Circle on Cavill), 9 Ferny]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.

This property will be closed from June 28 2024 to March 27 2026 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).
