Very clean large room and comfortable bed.

Very clean. beds were very uncomfortable and the room was oddly shaped. People were friendly and the property was clean.

Ok, so this place is a budget motel, I get it. Expectations need to be modified as a result. However, even with that in mind, I didn't have a good experience here. 1) Check-in - check-in was fine, person at desk was friendly, and it was fast and efficient. 2) Parking - a bit odd, with a small quadrangle at the front of the property, and then a short walk to the rooms. It was ok, but a little tight for my liking. 3) Room - small, but clean and well-appointed enough. Having the desk as a raised desk with stools was different. Bed was ok, but not very comfortable and very thin blanket. Plus A/C barely worked. 4) Bathroom - clean, nice shower pressure, no complaints here. 5) Amenities - this is where I was disappointed. Wifi did not work, and TV did not work. My colleague in another room had the same experience. Overall, not a memorable stay. Sorry to say, but I won't be back. Many other better motels in Wangaratta.

Really lovely staff and very easy booking and key pick ups

The staff member checking us in was excellent. He was friendly and helpful. The room had everything that we needed and was very clean, with crisp fresh sheets. The carpark was monitored so we felt our car was safe. Ideal location for dining, as there was a great restaurant just over the road. I would definitely stay here again.

I know it is difficult in these times but a breakfast option would be good

Didnt look enticing from the road, but great staff, walking distance to cbd, modern and beautifully clean rooms. I wish all my motel stays were this good 👍. Id certainly stay again without hesitation.

Nicly refurbished older property

It's one of cleanest room I have been. I travel a lot for business and stay at many hotels around Australia with a much higher price, but not as clean. Robert was friendly on the phone. I felt welcomed by him on arrival.

The property location was good. Coles, Kmart and a few more shops were at a walking distance from the property. There are some Cafes and restaurants at about 2-5 mins drive from the property. The parking area in the property is a bit limited to front area only. If you have luggage with you, you will need to drag it with you to the relevant room. You cannot park outside the room and move your luggage. Upon checkin the owner relayed the instructions about wifi and the checkout time. The rooms were clean and it had all the amenities like toaster, kettle, plates, glasses, extra pillows, blanket, table for working, tv, fridge, ac, cleaning liquid, and side tables with a bed. The bed was ok’ish. Good to sleep on. The property had provided with liquid soap and shampoo in the toilet. The size of the room was good. The one we got was deluxe queen room. The toilets were clean. There was a pool outside the room which was clean and tidy. However, during the night time when its quiet, you may hear the pump noise of the pool running.it may or may not bother you. For some reason we did encounter 3 crickets in our room after an hour or so after the lights went off. Most probably they were under the bed somewhere. Apart from those unwanted guests, our stay was smooth with no issues.

Felt good the minute I turned in. Staff were just lovely. Great room with everything you need. Nicely renovated. Sitting area and pool deck were very nice too. Will definately stay again.

The manager was very rude & cranky, even after the reasons were explained - the booking party ended up in an accident and was admitted to hospital. The party that stayed was not the contact so did not get the check in message. The manager still decided that he was being extremely inconvenienced! Poor him! There was no off-street parking, someone had taken our spot so too bad, had to park on the street. The place was clean but very noisy plus the rude & cranky manager.

Easy and comfortable

Very clean and well appointed rooms with microwave, kettle, etc. The bed was too hard for me, and the pillows too flat, so not a great sleep. Nice clean pool was very inviting. WiFi was terrible and needs a booster, as I had to walk around the room trying to find signal strength.
