Quiet Clean Close to attractions Good bus service. Comfortable bed. Big room

There were no hosts attending the reception and everything done via email telling you how to access room. So although this is convenient for some it's lacking in real hospitality. Even had a blackout one evening for two and a half hours but couldn't contact anybody and we weren't even emailed to give a reason or explanation as to whether it was the whoke area or just our motel. The room was dusty all behind and at sides of bed, under the seating also. Bathroom had peeling paint/wallpaper and the sink area around taps were grimy I cleaned that myself. The furniture was old and had old water mark stains everywhere. So overall I wasn't very happy really. I know it was a budget motel but I would have expected better cleanliness and being able to actually speak to someone. I wouldn't recommend this motel.

Great location

Stayed there twice and will come back. But a toaster and a bigger fridge would be great.

Very well organized and easy check-in instructions as well as an easy access to parking. Hotel/Motel is walking distance to most tourists' attractions and restaurants is a plus.

We stayed here with a family of four and absolutely LOVED it. The family room we had was huge, actually had enough room for a table we could all sit around in the middle of the room. Bathroom and shower were great. Loved the touch less service, made it feel like our own place. The best thing though was the amazing location within a short walk to Echo point and the amazing cliff top trails.

Great place older etc but always clean tidy quiet and friendly. Third stay and will be back again next year

Great location and very clean and nice accommodation

Close to the Three Sisters for a morning walk. Contactless check in went well, room was old but well maintained, nice hot shower much appreciated in the winter

Great fir family room

Simple but clean, affordable and convenient. Great to access to the walks around Echo Point.

Quiet, clean and tidy, comfortable beds

It's very old, bed sheets were very clean but toilet bowl was dirty. Behind the curtains there were spider webs and very dirty. It needs a very good deep clean around the windows seals and the bathroom. Fridge needs to be changed it was rusty. I guess that for what we paid we can't expect all of this stuff to be done

Hotel needs abit of a update but it's a Great location for the 3 sisters n chocolate shop

In walking distance of the Three Sisters and short drive to Katoomba.

Conveniently located to major attractions clean and comfortable

Convenient and reasonable rate.

Loved: close to Echo Point & public transport, onsite parking, lovely staff, great price, microwave, opposite the Chocolate Factory Disliked: noisy a/c fans, iced up freezer box, dated interior and decor, sagging mattresses. Despite some areas that we weren't too happy with, the location trumps them all, so we woll visit again
