The staff was very friendly, our room was clean and comfortable. It worked for us and we were pleased. We had 8 people on this trip and wanted a place friendly to children and a reasonable priced place to stay and this place was perfect.

The room is simple, but it has all what´s necessary, exception fridge. It does´not mind now (through all my stay it was raining and quite a cold wheather), but it would be really very useful in hot days. This accomodation is entirely good for short, several days visit, for longer stay the room would feel the lack of space for storage personal things. Its localisation is very good for achievement of the historical center and I was satisfied here.

One of the two curtains was missing, so light came in through the uncovered part every morning, making it hard to sleep. On top of that, one of the lights in the room didn’t work. Spend a little more and go somewhere else

Definitely a budget hotel. Room was super basic. Side street was quiet but main street in front of hotel is busy, many ambulances, and dirty. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

Room was extremely spacious but bed was tiny enough just for 1 person. Pretty clean room, hot water was intermittent but other than that still a comfortable and relatively safe stay.

I had to go back to reception twice after check in because my room key did not work, I was staying 3 nights and each day I had to go back to reception because the room key didn’t work. My room was on the 4th floor with the elevator only going to the 3rd floor so slightly inconvenient.
The room was clean but not well maintained, screws in the wall, chipped paint and the corner of the shower where the doors meet was orange with water stain and limescale.
Some loud maintenance works inside the hotel until 19:30 one evening, plus painting of stairwell etc, not a huge bother but no communication from reception or apology for the inconvenience.

The room was dirty, the bathroom was nasty black mold on the corners the windows had no curtains. The tv is a 14” the floor in the room is coming apart. I could go on and on. We spent 9 days in Europe stayed in five different hotels all excellent except for this one it was our last two nights so we dealt with it.

Sadly, it was a really bad choice. The windows are so bad, we heard every single noise on the street. We could not sleep. The room was not totally clean ( dirt on the toilet seat, mold on the window)
I don’t recommend it.
