Luxury Oldtown Apartments

Excellent location, very nice apartment which had almost everything you could need. Bonus was the washing machine. Only negative point was the cleanliness of the sofas.

Large one bedroom apartment with plenty of space. Could be decorated a little better to mdme it feel homier. Hot water ran out after one shower. Shower head kept slipping down the fixter.

Attractive and spacious apartment. Great neighborhood for sightseeing. Bring your own soap, shampoo, coffee - none provided.

Nice hotel, and very convenient to take public transportation. It seems the hotel does not provide towels (we did not find any there), so bring your towels.

It all comes down to expectations. We paid a very high price for three nights and the apartment had a 4-star rating on hotels.com so we expected a decent place to stay. Could have booked a good hotel in the area for less but chose the apartment as we were traveling with a 3-year old. On the positive side the location of the apartment was good. Close to the city center, Christmas markets etc. Arrived around 19:00 and were met by the house keeper who handed us the keys and briefly showed us the place. She was a friendly lady and could see our disappointment when we first stepped into the apartment. Main issue then was that we had booked for 3 persons - but there were only 2 beds. We were told to use the sofa in the living area as the 3rd bed. Would have been acceptable if that sofa was of a decent quality. It was not! Nevertheless we had to accept it as the money was paid and we had no other options. The apartment had a heavy smell of mould. Towels too. Found another bundle of towels in the laundry room, moist and mouldy. Had to wash everything before use. Bed sheets, same thing. The apartment was simply poorly maintained. Appliances, kitchenette and furnitures were pretty much all the cheapest that could be found and the craftsmanship of installing them left much to be desired. The apartment seems to have been renovated within the past 10 years and it's such a shame that it was not done right and that it has been so poorly looked after. We do not recommend this place!

Gute Lage und Ausstattung. Wochentags von 6.30 Uhr bis 17.45 Uhr enormer Baulärm bedingt durch Abriss des Nachbarhauses..

Evin konumu muthisti. Sadece elektrikli soba ile isinmasi ilk gecemizin donarak gecmesine sebep oldu. 1. Kattaki aprtmanin icine bakan yatak odasinda surekli isik vardi. Temizlik ortalama seviyedeydi. Yerlerde hic hali olmadigi icin zorluk cektik soguk ile ilgili. Onun disinda anahtar teslim edecek kisiyi 2 saat bekletmek zorunda kaldik ucagimiz rotar yaptigi icin.

Negativt var att vi fick betala 40 € för städningen när vi kom!

Séjour de 4 jours en famille. Emplacement calme et proche du centre ville de Vienne (10-15 minutes à pied). A proximité de restaurants sympathiques. L'appartement était très propre et agréable.

Appartamento elegante in una zona signorile di Vienna. Metro vicinissima. Supermercati e ristoranti in zona. Il centro turistico e' raggiungibile a piedi.
