The hotel was not too far from subway stations in Praterstern. At first I wasn’t too keen on the area, but walking around the side streets and the amusement park, I must admit it’s got a lot of character. The hotel had basic accommodations - nothing fancy, but just what I needed (a place to crash at night and perhaps food to eat in the morning). Definitely recommend if you’re going to Vienna on a “budget.”

Excellently located hotel-10minutes on subway to city centre . Room was in good overall condition,towels changed daily
Breakfast was limited in selection but enough variety to start the day
One thing to be aware of is that the shower is in the room (toilet in separate cubicle) so hopefully you’re not shy if sharing a room!

Good value for money. Nearest decent cafe is 10 min walking distance. The hotel is close to the metro Station. 15 min to get to the old city centre. When it was hot outside (35 degrees C) the AC in the room was not cooling properly.

The room window facing the courtyard, where the construction works are happening. They start 9am, a lot of noise.
The room is small, doesn't have a separate bathroom, only a toilet is private, but the shower is in the room separated by glass divider. Paid Public parking in the basement. Approx 23 euro/day. Billa supermarket (amazing, with ready to go food) is 3 min walk distance.

Location was convenient near the subway station. Rooms are small but functional. No tea or coffee making facility. Breakfast was included in the price and was adequate. Overall it was not a good vale for the money.

I enjoyed my stay.. but how come the hotel rooms dont have a phone to call the reception or if there is an emergency from your room..how do you call ??

No elevator from ground floor to the 2nd floor where the main elevator is located. Paper forms needed to be filled out. No refrigerator, no iron, no hair dryer located on each room and all of these items except the refrigerator are all at the reception area and I need to deposit $20.00 to get these items after returning one item to the receptionist/ front desk.
The staff are very friendly, highly professional, exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They compensated for what I did not expect and experience during my stay.

- eine große Baustelle im Innenhof, die das schlafen ab halb 7 unmöglich macht und auf die vorab bei der Buchung oder beim Checkin nicht aufmerksam gemacht wurde
- veraltete und wirklich extrem minimalistische Zimmerausstattung, die nicht wirklich den Fotos auf der Website entspricht und ein Krankenhausfeeling vermittelt
- die zwei zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher hatten Flecken
