Everything perfect!

Overall, this was a decent stay. Close to public transport - there is a bus service opposite the hotel that goes to the central station. There a few restaurants nearby and a shop open from 6pm-3am opposite the hotel. The room is spacious, modern and has A/C. I would say the amenities are very basic and they only give you 1 small pillow (had to use a cushion as well). The room did feel quite depressing as there was no decor (just a grey brick wall). On the whole, with some minor improvements to the decor and adding some more amenities, this stay would’ve been greatly improved.

Only stayed briefly overnight. Had dinner in the Indian restaurant opposite, which doesn't look great but food and service very good. Room modern and basic but had everything we needed - comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

Propre et soigné, sanitaires modernes, buffet petit déjeuner avec vrai jus frais, spacieux et bel espace petit déjeuner avec vue sur grand jardin avec verdure. Seul point faible: l'uniforme très vieux et peu soigné de toute l'équipe d'accueil!

I was here for only 2 nights so it was perfect. 1. The lobby is clean and inviting, check in was fast and reception staff are kind and helpful. 2. On my first night, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning and the water kept running. The receptionist immediately came over and fixed it. She must have been an engineer in her past life as she knew exactly what to do! I didn’t get her name (short hair and glasses), she was excellent. 3. The location is close to good restaurants (Green Burger, Feta, Kafei and Poh Thai) and a Carrefour express and also walkable to other neighborhoods. 4. The bed was very comfortable and there’s a kettle to make tea.

Room too small with one window. No refrigerator. Friendly staff.

Well.situated, with very nice staff. The only issue was a lack of tea/coffee in our room, but this was supplied on request. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Great stay

Property is in a quiet area with lots of dining options and transportation links. The room was clean and the check-in really fast. After check-out there is a possibility for free luggage storage. What I didn't like this time is that there were no hand towels provided. Maybe they stopped providing those as in previous stays I remember there were some in my room.

Nice neighbourhood, walking distance (20 min) to city center.

I stayed for during a business trip and had pleasure to stay. Breakfast buffet was quite rich and personal were very friendly.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again and recommend friends.

Room was clean however very small. Breakfast was very small and limited options. Didn’t really cater for any dietary needs.

The hotel is at a very busy road which is very loud but in the centre. Also, the hotel advertises their unique service with offering adapters only to send you then to the next door shop where you have to pay for them. Also, no coffee bags, just tea which is not even replaced once you use one.
