Chegamos no hotel no final da tarde e a recepcionista fez o atendimento sem se quer olhar na nossa cara e conversando com outra colaboradora e nos colocou num quarto no 15º andar que fazia parede com uma "turbina de avião". Fui a recepção e fui atendida por um outro recepcionista super atencioso, que nos trocou de quarto imediatamente e deu todas as explicações.de como ter acesso a telefone, elevador, café da manhã, internet e sempre com muita educação, calma e segurança nas informações, isso pq tinha mais uma pessoa para ele atender no balcao.

Lacks cleaning, dirty walls, there is no real mattress, only one thin cover on top of bed box, only one towel available in the bathroom, towel and bathroom mat with stains, bed sheets with stains.

The hotel standards dropped quite a lot since last time I stayed here, This time the room didn't have any remote control, no duvet, the bathroom wasn't much clean, Although the website says "park Free" you actually have to pay for it. I would avoid to stay there next time for sure.

Kind of new place in a new neighbourhood so its cleaner than the first IBIS, for example, and costs half of the price. They have a 24 hours bar and are close to shoppings and services. Great place

me acomodei no quarto 902 no 9º andar e infelizmente o chuveiro foi um teste de paciencia para ligar. Se eu abrisse para ter quantidade de agua, ele travava e parava de sair agua, se abrisse pouco ou a agua saia gelada ou fervendo, enfim, os dois banhos que tomei em menos de 12h, foi "inesquecivel" ! travesseiros murchos, bem surrados, muito longe do que o a rede costuma oferecer.
