Amazing location and staff

This was my first time in Brazil, and this hotel truly made the experience fantastic. From the moment I arrived, every staff member at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. Their hospitality exceeded my expectations and really made a difference in my stay. The location is also excellent! The neighbourhood offers a wide variety of dining options, from casual bites to diverse cuisines at different price points, all within easy reach. If I return to Brazil for a business trip, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The Raddison Pinheiros was the perfect hotel for our needs. It is a beautiful new hotel, all of the staff were very nice and very helpful. They served an excellent breakfast. Issac who works at the front desk was very good and particularly helpful.

There was a red stain on the sheet and also the comfortable cover was ripped. I took pictures and showed the front desk staff, they were not overly apologetic. Bed was very stiff, breakfast was no frill and had a good variety.

Great location, very clean and staff super accommodating.

Excellent property. Breakfast select is excellent and beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended. I would stay again!

Terrible room in front of the elevator. Flush didn’t work. Breakfast is good but they can’t prepare different options for tapioca or omelete. How come they don’t have condensed milk for tapioca ?

Very modern Liked the auto nation of lights and drapes . Convenient usb ports Room is a little small but typical and manageable

While the hotel itself was decent, with clean rooms, friendly staff, I have a serious concern about the safety of the surrounding area. During my stay, I was mugged just a short distance from the hotel. This incident left me feeling extremely shaken. It's clear that the neighborhood is unsafe for walking, even during the day. I would strongly advise future guests to exercise extreme caution when venturing outside the hotel and avoid walking alone, especially at night. Consider using taxis or ride-sharing services for all your transportation needs. It's a shame that such a serious safety issue overshadows the hotel itself. I hope the hotel management will take steps to address this problem and improve the security of the area for their guests.

Impotence. A guest arrived at the hotel after being mugged / beaten and security front staff did nothing out of their way to remedy the situation. Jewelry was stolen from my room and hotel has not responded to my complaint. They're normalizing this which as an international traveler you would expect more, especially from a chain of well regarded hotels.

Clean room, nice restaurant, staff was great.
