Remodeling made it hard to recognize the place and where the entrance was. It has a little gym onsite, which was nice. The room was clean except for some mold in the shower. The breakfast buffet was nice. The staff was helpful but not warm and friendly.

Oi! Tive a oportunidade de agradecer pessoalmente por toda a ajuda que tive durante as poucas horas que fiquei… toda a equipe com quem tivemos contato foi super gentil com a gente mesmo com o tumulto de um voo cancelado. Nosso único problema foi a questão do estacionamento, mas sabemos também que foi a forma que o hotel foi construído e não já muito o que seja feito. Mais uma vez muito obrigada!

Convienient location for airport, comfortable room, great shower, good breakfast, nice to have free airport shuttle. Check in was very slow with only one member of staff serving a queue of 12 people! The room safe box did not work. It would not lock.

There was no shuttle pickup, as indicated, at the airport. Ended up paying for a cab. No apologies or nothing at the front desk. Overpriced and less-than-mediocre buffet.

The greatest amenity of the hotel is its location from GRU airport, including the free shuttle, which makes very convenient. The restaurant is also good and has good options and reasonable price-point as there is no other walkable options for food around. Amenities are very limited and they are designed to accommodate someone that is in transit and doesn’t plan to stay there long. Bathroom was not in best shape but for someone looking to be there for less than a day it was good enough.

Not good. They claim they have shuttles for the airport but it’s ridiculous, maybe to six people?! I needed to get an uber to go to the hotel because was late and I didn’t want to wait. When to schedule the return for the following day there wasn’t any spots for the morning. All people checking in were also very disappointed. So make yourself a favor and pay a little more and stay on many other hotels nearby that actually has shuttle services.

The room was fine...Well !! Light comes trough the sides of the curtain, if that bothers you!!! The problem was with the Shuttle from the airport is joke!!! I called them around 11:40 pm and was told the the shuttle would depart the hotel at 12:00 and would be at the pick up point at around 12;15 or so. At 12:30 I called them again, nothing. There were 4 more people calling them. They never showed up, and they kept telling us that the Van showed up when it never did. Around 12:40pm everybody decided to get an Uber. Total disrespect, treated like clowns.

The hotel looks more like Hostel. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom sink is next to your pillow. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable. The staff is not friendly, no sense of customer service to make guest enjoy stay. The breakfast was ok nothing special. I was planning to stay here a week later and i cancelled reservation. Plus the access in the front of hotel is cover and difficult to see. Not good communication with the staff or shuttle driver.
