No, real problems to complain about.Everything was very nice. I was busy and had no problems with the service.

Location in regards to the airport is great. Check in was good. The room aged but it was perfectly fine for the night to catch out morning flight. The breakfast was actually great way better than the array of processed food in the US in the price range. We stay usually at this hotel and their restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We had a room for 3 which was aged but when we stayed just the 2 of us we had and updated room which was much nicer.

I enjoy every time that I spend over there! Very convenient, lots of stores close by, everything you need will be around that place. Stuff very professional, help and polite. This place will be my number one and favorite spot! Thank you all!

It does exactly what you need this hotel to do and be close to GRU. Nothing else special. But it's not needed. Rooms fine, could do with a refurb but overall clean. Quite a shady area so there's not much to do. But if you need to be close to GRU for an early flight. This is fine. They offer a shuttle bus but Uber very easy and a 20 min drive.

The room was small but sufficient and very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff at check-in and check-out weren't very communicative. When I checked-in, I was told to just leave my car keys, which I did, but wasn't given a ticket. In the morning, when I wanted to leave, I wasn't told where to go to pick up my car. When I figured that out, they didn't know which car was mine and I had to go look for it.

I booked a room and when l got there and waited for 1 hrs for the Clark and they said not room available, after l argued with them they offered a room triple of price!! Unbelievable

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that a room wasn’t available for me and that I hadn’t paid. I already paid online for the reservation. It was late at night and I was terrified being in a foreign country without accommodation. I was frantically looking for another hotel who would take me since I was desperate. Eventually they told me that there was a room available for me and I had to pay on my card.

Stay was short but perfectly comfortable for staying the night before our flight took off. It’s about 10-15 mins from airport and very easy.

Great place close to the airport. Easy check in, airport shuttle offered although we didn’t use. Friendly staff

It should be listed on the site that the shuttle from hotel to airport is not free

I’m disabled and didn’t know that the shuttle bus will stop you off far away from the airport

I had contacted the hotel with special request of a wheelchair accessible room, as well as early as possible check-in , we arrived at 6 am, because we were checking out at 6pm to go to the airport, basically having day use of the room only. The night staff where very pleasent and accommodating, letting us know there should be rooms available about 8am, and to enjoy wifi & coffee in the resteraunt, however, come 8 am and a different staff came on, attitude changed drastically, telling us very matter-of-factly, check-in was at 2:00pm and that there were no rooms, available, when we had been sitting and seeing persons checking out, when others coming were being given thier keys, they were told a room did come available at 11 am our travel companions were charged almost double for the "early"check in and being so annoyed they paid, we had waited around for so long we decided that we would not pay the extra and just continue to wait.. when we were given our room it was so small my husband has to fold my chair an prop it in a corner because we could barely get by the ends of the beds to access the bathroom, given other cercumstances, l may have asked for a bigger room, but we just needed to lay down to rest after our night long long bus trip and prior to our over night trip to Canada... Which is why we booked a hotel in the first place...
