Wonderful warm reception. Very Clean facilities especially large new styled bathroom. Loved the full ridge with freezer compartment & convenience of microwave. Great heating cooling/heating unit. Overall quiet overnight hours. Suggest not slip grips in shower base. Blanket looks old and doesn’t look too clean. Didn’t use it. Noticed bed cover is setup as blanket, which is not very warm. One high chair hydronic slowly falling. Bit noisy from upstairs units, hearing walking around.

Poor. Walls are so rhin every flish of the neighbor and ppl.walking upstairs was like a fumbling

My three-day visit recently was mostly positive. The staff in the office were very friendly, courteous and helpful. My room was comfortable and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. And there was plenty of free parking available. I found the bathroom to be quite small, but this is just my own taste; most people wouldn't care. But I prefer a large sink and large mirror for when I am preparing to go out. The mirror was placed too low for tall people, so I had to bend my knees sometimes to see what I was doing. There was a large jacuzzi tub in the room, but I would have given it up to have a larger bathroom. Again, this is just my personal preference. On my last night there, I was awakened at 1:45 a.m. by noisy guests in the room above mine, who were talking loudly and walking around a lot. I think the rooms should have signs in them asking guests to keep the noise levels down after 10 p.m. Lastly, my car was damaged in the parking lot, although this was completely not the fault of the motel -- just some inconsiderate driver. But now I have a big repair bill to pay. Other than those last two incidents, I enjoyed my stay at Auberge St. Jacques and would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

This place was clean and compact. Compact microwave, fridge to store food and drinks. Friendly staff, nice morning coffee to your liking. Premises looks clean too. Nice free car park. If they provide simple breakfast will be a great place to stay since there is no fast food place nearby for morning breakfast. My rating is excellent.

Property is in commercial area. Not many stores/restaurants in immediate area. Insulation is lacking in Motel, and it is quite noisy. Not a single USB plug in the room, so one must bring charging blocks in order to charge phone/tablet. Bed quite hard and worn down. Friendly staff.

We did not like this property as staff is unable to understand and provide information in other language than French. They keep charging extra for no reason. There was only half toilet paper for 4 adults in the room. Linens were not cleaned up-to standard. Overall, poor quality of service.

Clean room and air conditioning sys is good

We had to leave early and got back late during our two nights so didn’t get any time to explore. There was construction in the street fronting the property so it was slow moving going in and out. Other than this, we had a pleasant stay.

Tucked away a little far from downtown but that's no issue, bus stops are right outside and there's lots of parking for your vehicle. Close by to grocery stores/restaurants. Rooms were updated and comfy!

The air conditioning system was broken and it was too hot. They brought a fan however the fan did not make it cooler it was just moving the air. So disappointing!
