Great property close to the airport

The employee at the front desk was really nice, great service and close to the airport.

Staff was very professional and helpful with recovering the hiking boots I left behind. Would stay there again!

Ac was great, pool was nice, staff was excellent, room was cozy and clean and there was breakfast but never ended waking up in time for it lol but all around we enjoyed our stay!

Kids loved the pool and slide, breakfast was great, location is fairly convenient. Overall great stay and we intend on returning.

Before booking with Expedia, I called the front desk of the Fairfield Inn and Suites. I spoke to a lady at the front desk who confirmed to me that I was entitled to free parking for a week and that I would receive taxi vouchers for my ride to and from the Moncton airport. When I arrived for check in, I was told that this was not possible and that I would have to pay for parking and for my taxi drives to and from the airport. The gentleman at the front desk contacted the manager about this, who did not help at all. Instead, the manager told the front desk attendant to sell me a parking pass and told him that I would have to pay for my own cabs to and from the airport. My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times before when flying to various location from the Moncton Airport. We have always taken advantage of the park and ride option, which, unfortunately, was denied to me during this, my last stay. Our airport parking costs were $160.00, a cost we were not expecting to incur, given my early communications with the front desk. We are truly disappointed. My family and I will not be staying at Fairfield Inn and Suites again.

Great spot

Front staff were very friendly. But housekeeping was not consistent and had to ask for any services.

The room is clean and facilities are new. Pillows are soft which is what I prefer. The weakness is that aircon is a bit noisy when it works. If you mind it, you may turn it off.

Free breakfast. 10 mins driving to Moncton downtown. Staff is very friendly. The bed is very comfort.

The highlight of the hotel is the waterslide. My children thoroughly enjoyed using it. I even went down quite a few times. The continental breakfast was reasonable. It’s not within walking distance of anything, but most attractions and downtown are a very short drive away.

Great breakfast

This is not a quiet hotel. The windows and room insulation for a new building is poor. Lots of outdoor, hallway and room to room noise. The rooms are clean and some nice details but the beds are not great and the room/ac fan is loud.

The pool is the best for small kids.

Our family enjoyed our stay! The pool and water slide were both a hit with the children. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety!

Good experience

This hotel was close to the airport. Not in the city but central to all the attractions I was driving to. The bay of Fundí, Prince Edward Island downtown Moncton etc. The center of town in Moncton is a couple of minutes away. Restaurants all within minutes. The airport was 4 min away. Clean , decent breakfast, nice pool for kids.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast had lots of variety. Pool was a bit small, but we enjoyed a dip anyway.
