Wonderful place and staff

I liked that staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the bar with live music in the hotel. I did not like that my room had a bad sink. Every time I turned on the water there was this horrifying loud horn sound. I tried to call the front desk but my phone was not working in the room. Then I used the app to make a complaint. Someone was supposed to come and see about it but no one ever showed. Other than the sink incident, I enjoyed my stay.

I’d like to start by saying that the room I had was perfectly comfortable and with an amazing view. It was clean tidy and well appointed. The problems I had I know were shared by others attending the same conference as I was so these are not issues unique to my room. Each morning it took between five and 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower (and then it was scolding). The lifts are not fast enough to cope with the number of guests and the number of floors. It is important to note that one of the four lifts in the south Tower was undergoing maintenance during my stay, but even had it been in use I’m not sure the lifts would have been adequate. A particular bugbear was the Wi-Fi which either crashed, stopped or logged you out literally every 15 or so minutes, and as I was on a work trip that made life particularly frustrating. Finally to the girls running the Starbucks franchise, if you’re supposed to open at 7am please open at 7am! Every single morning there was a queue of people waiting for the franchise to open and it was highly variable is to quite how long after 7 o’clock the first order could be placed. On two of my visits it was at least 7:12am. It sounds trivial but it’s a problem if you’re trying to get a coffee between calls back to the UK and your timing is thrown out by such a variable window?

Great stay. Smoking areas great to have, but a long main road and very dirty beside and around hotel.

Shower door would not close but was ok. We had a jetted tub room. There were shutters between the tub and room which was ok but there was a small light in the bathroom that you could see from bed. It was ok by me but my friend didn’t like it. I enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was good, nice view.

To start off I’d like to say the view from the hotel is beautiful. But to focus on the reason for this stay, it was all about relaxation and there wasn’t any of that. That bed was not comfortable at all, felt like a sinkhole in the middle of the bed, on day 2 the pillow cases were not changed when you can clearly see it was dirty, I used the glasses and again day 2 it didn’t get changed, rather it was organized nicely on the table and you can clearly see the lipgloss mark on the glass, the cleanliness wasn’t the best. Parking was expensive, which got refunded to me but overall wasn’t happy about the room and the amount of money I spend for it was not worth it and want my money back or a discount to visit somewhere else

Our stay was perfect. Chose the perfect room that we wanted and the view did not disappoint. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was excessive as we didn’t know we could get heaps cheaper and very close by.

A quality property with friendly staff. Comfortable with good beds. Check In is normally slow, though staff are friendly and accommodating.

The view was spectacular. The only reason we docked a star was because there was a 4.5 inch long, straight hair (my hair is long and curly) on the bed beside my pillow and there was un-flushed toilet paper in the toilet. We last stayed at this property 26 years ago, and were a little surprised that the rooms were exactly the same! That being said, the mattress was clearly the only thing that needed replacing! Not uncomfortable, but not plush and cushy that you would expect when paying that much for one night! Just saying! Lovely place, lovely access to tons of food and entertainment, totally love that you can access the OLG Stage from within!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only drawback is parking was very expensive at the hotel.

What I didn't like was when we drove into the garage. I understand we had to pay for the garage, but the lady said the garage was full, and there was free off site parking with a shuttle service. Come to find out when we picked up the car, it was not free. So I don't know why she said that. Other than that, it was a good vacation.
