The elevator going up jumped and hurt my back the staff refused to fill out accident report Pam the service desk person wittness other people the told her thry were on same elevator and were witness to how hard the elevator fell we were going up not down when it jumped so hard electrical shock in my spin . THE MANAGER JUST SAID I WILL CALL ELEVATOR STAFF I told her I was hurt she just shoved it off as nothing.We left I was not happu my right side of my back spasms I had left side of my back sore and was recovering. Now I have pain in right side and spasms and my legs pain to my foot. An acvident report should of been filled out and I will see how well I recover in the next few weeks Brenda Coulombe 519 998 2435
