My parents had always stayed at Royal Scot whenever they were visiting Victoria and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about it. This was my first stay here but it definitely won’t be my last! The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are clean and spacious, comfy beds, quiet building and close to everything. Thanks!

Stayed in a 1-Bedroom Suite — big room, sofabed + kitchen + fridge. Clean & European style. No AC in summer but they gave 5 fans. Overall, good value and perfect location, walking distance to everything.

The room and amenities were great. Love the robes this place provides. We got a free upgrade to a larger suite, which was very nice. The hotel pool feels a bit backrooms-esque, but the water was a good temperature. Only downside was that the free wifi was very weak and I had to use my phone as a hotspot if I wanted good internet.

Older hotel, but for the location and the price, I have no complaints at all!!
With a family of 4, we stayed in the suite, 1 bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room. It was so spacious and comes with a full kitchen!!
It was also a nice surprise to find the many entertainment facilities they have aside from the poo, they got a billiards room, shuffle board, games room with board games and DVDs. The additional gated underground parking was also a nice surprise.
Sure, the hotel is older, but it's nice and clean. And the renowned Floyd's Diner is right downstairs!!

Classic. Well kept. Excellent staff. Good vibe. The only thing is that it does not have air conditioning so if you do not like it hot or warm in the room, then this is not the place for you.

Property and location is great. Property itself is a bit outdated, however the location is fantastic. Note: pull out bed is not comfortable. Great for a couple, not ideal for two couples per room if getting one bedroom studio.

The person who checked me in was so kind AND efficient. Nothing better after a long day of biking. They were also kind enough to give me early check in which was a gift after biking in the rain. I would love to come back after my first impression of her kindness, the room, and location.

Property is very well kept and clean, very friendly staff but no air conditioning and it was really hot, they did provide extra fans for us, but still it was HOT and also didn't like that you have to pay for parking after paying for the room😒

The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The property is close to the inner harbour for convenience. The parking lot has parking stalls so small that it is impossible to get in and out of any vehicle that is not miniature! The property itself is very clean but definitely in need of modernization. The room was unbearably hot with no AC to provide relief. Our biggest concern was the very poor quality of the bed mattress. We both had sore backs and an uncomfortable night's rest. The basic room has everything you would expect. It is not a place we will return to

We were comfortable and enjoyed having the kitchenette. There were a few things in need of repair however. The window screen fell off and the floor heater had a piece that was bent and loose. The decor could use a refresh but all in all, I’d stay there again. Great location.
