We had a great and enjoyable experience here, the hotel is good, the space is beautiful, the staff here are very friendly, professional, and very enthusiastic. We were very well supported by Jackness in lobby, John reception, Bruce Li reception, and also Robin in lobby... Everything good here, I will come back in the future❤️

The hotel was excellent! The metro station is right next door, making it super easy to get around. There’s a food court and supermarket just below the hotel, and plenty of dining options nearby. The location is truly superb. It is near to anywhere. Our host was very kind and spoke English fluently, so don't hesitate to talk with them about anything. The room was superb!!—very clean and fully equipped. You can cook, do laundry, and there's even a hair dryer and many movies in the TV. The bed is spacious with plenty of pillows. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Shanghai!!
