Overall was great, near to iconic places, malls nearby, multiple dining options, would definitely come back. The staff were great, the housekeepers are so nice, the butlers were great. We never told the staff that it was my friend’s bday too, but they probably checked the passports and found out and they provided a gift when we came back, it was so sweet. We only had great experiences

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of several tourist spots as well as five minutes to the metro. The room was a great size. I particularly liked the size of the bathroom and its layout. The staff were helpful and used translation on their phones to answer questions. The skylounge was nice for the view while having a cocktail or afternoon tea set. There is a luckin coffee attached to the property. I used the pool a few times. The only negative was the mattress was too firm.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and Anna attended to us. She was all smiles, friendly and very welcoming! This was so nice especially when we just got off a flight and was exhausted. We also had a free upgrade of rooms which were a pleasant surprise and the rooms did not disappoint. It was nice, big and very clean. Made resting so much better when it was a good environment. Rooms were cleaned everyday and amenities replenished daily. Staff was friendly and helpful!
Hotel was also in a super convenient place and we could walk to most places. The subway was also a short walk away! Overall was a super good stay and will return to stay here for subsequent Chongqing trips!

The best hotel I've stayed in a long while. Price is pretty reasonable given it's off peak. Rooms are well appointed, and the hotel has all the expected facilities.
