We stayed this hotel for two nights in the hot summer and worried it’s AC and noises. However, everything was cool. The staff were so friendly, they were willing to help us whenever they could. Particularly thanks to Winnie and all the receptionists, they’re professional and warm. The food in the restaurant was adequate and tasty. There are plenty eateries nearby. We had great experience there.

Please fix the shower door, water leaking. I stayed in this hotel last year, the room has the same problem.

The hotel offers clean rooms and service is friendly. The restaurant offers decent dishes at reasonable prices. The hotel's location is, however, not the best. The nearest subway station is about 15 minutes away--by walking. The area is a mix of business and residence: getting a cab at rush hours can be a concern.

i've never been robbed by the hotel ever before till this time. I checked out with balance of 0. When I returned from my trip my card was charged for additional 1000 dollars. Hotel says its for an upgrade that I was entitled to as an elite member of IHG and that the manger who checked me out was supposed to charge me (and that they fired him for it). If you stay here you are supporting this type of ethics and standards. Please do not.

very dishonest staff. stay away if you can and if you have to stay here do not give them your credit card. They will charge you even if when you check out the balance is 0 and you get a bill stating that. AC does not work properly. Many rooms are too warm even on a cool day.

The air-conditioner is NOT working. Apparently, the entire hotel's air-conditioning failed. Even the lobby is warm. I am disappointed as I stayed there for 6 days in hot summer.
In addition to this issue, the location has no amenities, and not anywhere near train station. Other than these, the staff were quite friendly.
