Wonderful hotel, especially with our VIP Perk upgrade. Our room was one of the best we've ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully laid out.
The whole hotel is very attractive, and the staff were great.
Breakfast is expansive, with a host of Western and Eastern foods available. There's something for everyone, and the coffee is good with enough machines to prevent queuing.

這酒店服務各方面都很好。因為受傷不能企立太久, 訂房時要求一張膠凳放洗手間, 都做到了; 又幫忙延後退房時間, 很體貼。到達時, 小帥哥職員見我們落車, 即時過來幫忙從車尾箱取行李; 離開時, 等網約車, 小帥哥也細心地告知, 車還有幾分鐘才到達, 天熱氣, 可以先在酒店內稍等。
交通也方便, 附近有世界之窗和歡樂谷等地標, 不難到酒店位置。酒店內有中西餐廳, 對面街及商場都有很多食店, 很多選擇。房間很舒服, 沒有煙味, 露台可看遠景, 視野不錯。浴室有普通花灑及雨淋花灑選擇, 水壓很好, 但有些瑕疵, 是欠缺掛鉤, 想掛衣服毛巾也不行, 也沒有掠衣縄, 濕衣只可以濕淋淋的, 直接掛到露台, 但天雨就有點麻煩。自助早餐也不錯, 食物及飲品選擇不少。
室內室外泳池是相通的, 方便隨時轉場, 室外泳池有天幕, 天雨也可以暢泳。 室內泳池有間水線, 很方便練習游泳。健身室也在同一層, 一家人便可以各自各精彩。
下次渡假, 我也會選擇這酒店。

This was our 3rd trip to this hotel, but our first since China had reopened to American visitors. Two of the three restaurants have closed and not reopened. The outside bar and vip area was closed. The outside pool was closed. The wait staff spoke poor or no English and the menu was severely limited. At Maro more than half the food was unavailable and their drink menu was almost non existent. The staff spoke little English. The front desk staff was kind and rooms were nice. I hated to see this property go down hill so badly. Now we will have to find somewhere else to stay at our next visit. :(

It was to loud at night, the walls are thin! The TV is small, the carpets needed deep cleaning, the lamp behind the sofa was hard to turn on because you have to move the sofa, the crack between the two beds was uncomfortable and the USB socket near the bed didn’t work. The body soap isn’t 4 star quality! The breakfast was extremely good and the room was clean. Most likely wouldn’t stay here again! Kinda Sad to say this!
