Mi familia fue atendida con extrema amabilidad, la habitación impecable, la comida riquísima, fueron atentos en todo momento y ayudaron incluso más de lo que pensaban,todo lindo, limpio, incluso cobraron una tarifa por no tener el sello de turistas y al darse cuenta que ellos lograron tener el sello devolvieron la tarifa cobrada, me pareció super honesto e increíble! Les atendió una chica muy agradable y los ayudaron con un taxi de confianza que su trato fue impecable… En fin, mi experiencia y la de mi familia ha sido MAGNIFICA

They don't accept dollars and their bank machine doesn't accept all cards, so I had to go to a very unsafe place to exchange currency in order to pay. I don't recommend this hotel.

The staff were very good and the hotel was clean. The pool area was very nice and welcome to survive the hot days. The double room was very small and not sufficient size for 2 people to spend time more than an overnight. There was no table, desk or platform with which to place a suit case or anything else. The bathroom was very tiny. The sink was a weird design such that you could barely get your hands under the faucet. The shower did not have a door, so water fell to the floor in front of the toilet and did not have hot water - neither morning nor night. The breakfast was good, however it was the same every day (Arepa, eggs (your style), fruit, juice, and coffee). The rooms and hallways are updated but the hotel exterior is a little worn. The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to Ventura Plaza Mall and Alejandria Mall. There is a supermarket around the corner and many small bakeries nearby.
