Hôtel Palm Club

I got to the hotel at 9:47pm. I asked about dinner and I was told it is on-going. They assigned a room to me and I went to drop my luggages. When I return to the dinning hall at 9:56pm,they were packing. I asked about food and the receptionist old me there's no food. His name is Reuben Brou. Very stupid and disappointing to hear that. He told me to pick a taxi to Plateau to buy food. I asked him how could a foreign pick a taxi to where I do not know for food? Infact, it was my first time going there and I don't think I will ever go there again or even recommend to anyone.

I was in ABIDJAN for attending CEO FORUM 2016 - 21.03.2016 to 22.03.2016. My booking was confirmed by Expedia against my payment for 845.52 USD through CREDIT CARD in name of Mr.SOMESH BANDHU( STATEMENT ATTACHED including the transaction Alert from AXIS BANK) I booked this Hotel through Expedia almost one month prior to my scheduled vsiit on 20.03.2016 I received booking confirmation alert from EXPEDIA one day before also prior to my scheduled visit. Inspite of the fact that the Booking Confirmation from Expedia mention , there is no need to re-confirm, I called up Hotel many times but no response. When I reached hotel, I got a shock of the life that my Booking was not confirmed. As you aware, due to the ongoing CEO FORUM rush, the whole city was full of visitors and difficult to get any reservation in a standard hotel with concern to safety and our corporate standard . The Chief Reception Manager apologized when I confronted him to Police Action against him for the Fraud. We tried calling to Expedia person as suggested by the Hotel-Chief Reception manager in Senegal *- Mr.Zenabou -+221-338594445. Till Now, I have not even received a single mail to express any regret on this incident. Infact mails are being received to ask for feedbacks which is height of audacity. Expedia and the Hotel is a Fraud Nexus. BEWARE.

The bed and mattress were probably the most comfortable i've experienced in years.

La habitación está bien, es amplia y la cama cómoda.El personal de recepción es muy amable y colaborador. El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto funciona perfectamente. En el lado negativo la cafetería y el room service no disponen de una carta, pedí un Club Sándwich y me trajeron un Croque Monsieur.

Siempre me quedo cuando viajo a Abidjan. El servicio, la localización y la comodidad son muy buenos y transporte desde/hasta el aeropuerto funciona muy bien

RESTAURANT ET PETIT DEJEUNER TRES FAIBLE

Relativt bra hotell som ligger någorlunda centralt i Abidjan. Hotellet har ett litet gym och en pool, om man är intresserad. De serverar bra mat för den som är hungrig. Hotellet är kanske något slitet men är renligt och bra säng.

Nous n'avons pas eu de navette à l'aéroport comme l'établissement avait promis. Donc nous avons attendu plus d'une heure avant de commander 2 taxis pour nous accompagner à l'hôtel et tout cela à nos frais et l'établissement ne s'en est pas excusé. Le lendemain pour le petit déjeuner payé à l'avance pour 2 personnes, le personnel me demande de payer pour une deuxième personne alors que tout était déjà réglé bien avant notre arrivée. La mauvaise foi tout simplement ou personnel incompétent....

Un hôtel qui fournit tous les services avec un très bon niveau de qualité, mais auquel il manque le petit plus pour que le séjour soit très agréable. Du personnel courtois et très facilement aidant, une chambre très correcte, mais une fuite au lavabo une piscine adaptée à la détente, mais pas de serviettes de bain. Le Wifi qui fonctionne très bien dans certaines chambres était très inégal dans la mienne. Le petit déjeuner est abondant, mais peu varié; le café n'a aucun goût. Un petit supermarché bien pratique dans l'enceinte de l'Hôtel.

Hotel nouveau qui n'est pas situé dans un quartier de charme mais pas non plus très éloigné du vrai centre de Cocody (rue des Jardins: 10 min en taxi). Personnel attentif et gentil, wifi rapide. Buffet petit dejeuner assez limité, ok sans plus. Restaurant: bons plats africains et européens à des prix très abordables. Belle piscine mais pas de service de serviettes (faut l'emporter de sa chambre). Rien à dire sur les chambres standards: elles sont relativement spacieuses et bien maintenues.

Nul !!! l'hôtel à donné nos chambres à d'autres personnes... Donc, si vous souhaitez faire comme nous et dormir dans la rue le premier soir de votre séjour à Abidjan après une journée passé dans les avions et aéroports je vous conseille cet hôtel... Si cela ne vous enchante pas, je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel, car j'ai l'impression que c'est leur politique !
