Our daughter was competing in the Copenhagen iron man event and we decided to book at Radisson blu The hotel is conveniently located for the train and very modern and comfortable. We did not use the gym but my daughter described as amazing . Only comment is cooked buffet breakfast was cold . Plenty of continental options but disappointing to have cold sausages, eggs , bacon and beans .Breakfast was expensive and we opted next day to eat in one of the many lovely cafes in Copenhagen

An excellent hotel and well located just outside old town Copenhagen. The room was spotless and the hotel charming. I told the manager that the Hotel’s breakfast was excellent and the Staff exceptionally hard working. A lovely visit.

A good choice at a reasonable price. Friendly staff, especially the person who checked us in, maybe “Segdiz”? She was terrific with suggestions and information.

15 minute wait for a lift was a regular occurrence. Air con was poor - room was constantly too hot. Terrible service when trying to redeem free wine offer run by the hotel. No easily available menu for the restaurant. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very clean with a highly comfortable bed. The breakfast was very comprehensive in the choice of hot and cold food. However the eggs and bacon were often cold as the plates weren't hot. At busy times there didn't seem to have enough staff to keep on top of clearing tables. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Islands Brygge metro station and a 20 minutes walk from Tivoli Gardens and the central railway station. It is a pleasant walk through the grounds surrounding the lake opposite towards Christiana area. There is a Thai restaurant and another restaurant on the site. Radisson members can get free wine every day from 6 to 7pm. If we were to come to Copenhagen again we would definitely use Radisson blu again.

This is an average hotel; fine if staying for a night. Our room/bathroom could have been cleaner but the room was generally comfortable/quiet. The self check-in kiosk was cumbersome/hard-to-use. There was one restaurant in the hotel - Thai food which was very good but the service was lacking.

We had a long weekend here. The hotel is nice but it really is not a 5* hotel. We have stayed in real 5* hotels so know what these are like and offer guests. When we arrived on the Friday there was water in the lobby, apples etc but this was taken away and we never saw it again. No water in rooms, no air conditioning - this is something that you could easily overlook. If you have a lake view be prepared for lots of road noise and you can also hear Tivolin gardens very easily. The view is lovely but depends if you are bothered by extra noise. On the Saturday night there was also a street party where techno music was played the whole night through till 7am - probably a one off but still, added to the noise. This of course was not the hotels fault but quite annoying to wake up to a thudding beat on a Sunday morning. The buffet breakfast is ok but you don't get served, it is a completely help yourself situation. In other 5* hotels we have stayed in the waiters/waitresses do come around and serve tea/coffee etc.... We went to external cafes on the other mornings.
