Friendly, clean spacious room, a good breakfast close to the town center in the middle of a beautiful part of the country.

Was a lovely place, clean room and shower/bathroom. Owners were lovely and very informative, even offered to lend me a rucksack once i realised id left mine at home. The only downside i found was i could hear guests in the rooms either side of me. Thats not the fault of the owners though. Option of a cooked breakfast each day as well.

The stay was wonderful with great breakfast and service was very friendly. Bed was so comfy. Great place to base our adventures

Can’t recommend Cairn House highly enough, everything you need from a b&b. Clean, friendly, comfortable and of course good full English breakfast. Nothing negative to say, give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

We booked very last minute due to unfortunate circumstances. What a lovely place. We had a very friendly greeting on arrival. The rooms are spotless and the bed very comfy.

Lovely guest house situated half a mile from the town centre. Very clean, warm and friendly appearance. Host very welcoming. Room spacious with a love walk in shower.

Owners were very accommodating, the room was high quality, enjoyed our 1 night stay and would fully recommend!

Really nice B&B, easy to find and good to access the area, right near a spectacularly nice park.

Parking was awkward.had to leave B&B at 11pm and getting out the car park wasn't easy.being on a slip made it more difficult.wasnt enough room to turn around really.

My room was in the rear corner away from both roads, so was wonderfully quiet. Everyone there was wonderful, it was great to hang out in the garden and the bar. Terrific stay!

This was second honeymoon to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary returning to where we went on honeymoon. Our original guest house was no longer open. Cairn House did not disappoint, from the moment we arrived we felt at home. Our room was on ground floor so easy access, it was large and bright with views of the hills and the sea from the large bay window. We made use of the local bus which stopped just a few yards from the front door to get into town and back in the evening to get an evening meal. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked with good choice and quality. There is also a bar area where you can get soft or alcoholic drinks during afternoon or evening. When we next return to Ilfracombe we will have no hesitation in booking here again.

We had a lovely stay, the bed wasn't the comfiest but overall a lovely place to stay. I loved the honesty bar, what a great idea.

Had a lovely stay on a 2 day escape, great location, easy walk into town, superb staff, would recommend.

Beautiful property and really friendly owners. Great base for going out and exploring the local area. Great for Glen free in the morning at breakfast.

The property and our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was super but most of all, the proprietors were faultless. Very pleasant, and couldn’t do enough for you. Thank you both for a lovely stay.
