My daughter and granddaughter had a wonderful room overlooking the water which was magical ! Thank you to the staff for all the thoughtful extras that were placed in the room for my daughters birthday celebrations. They had a wonderful stay and said that every member of staff they met were kind and thoughtful . We won’t hesitate to book again in the future! Thank you so much!

The staff are welcoming and friendly the hotel is good value and has a great atmosphere. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The ethos of the hotel is a definite plus. rhw hotel is a hyge added bonjs

I am so impressed by the hotel ethos, delighted I came across it when looking for accommodation near ExCel. Room was clean and comfy. Good coffee bags. 🙂 Love the thoughtfulness of the worry dolls. The staff very friendly and helpful. Great idea providing umbrellas (for a deposit). I wish the hotel every success. No comment on the bar/food as I didn't eat there.
